this is redesign of a character from PC game ZanZarah: The Hidden Portal (2002)
In original game concept, Amy is eighteen years old teenager. Little bit nerdy, little bit adventurous. And she has oldschool walkman on her hip! Anyway, one day she gets trough portal to another world, Zanzarah. World of magic and fairies. The game uses similar mechanics as Pokemon, except the Pokemon are the fairies.
What I wanted was to bring her rather outdated concept design into present day. But because I like these old games, their colour schemes and atmosphere, I was careful to keep this essence unchanged. So if you understand this more like a fanart, I have no objection.
